Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Bombinizz ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Bombinizz ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Sales Tax
Bombinizz charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this website based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
Return Policy
1. How to Return an Item: If you wish to electively return an item, please call our Customer Service Department at 914-738-6340 and request a return. To avoid unnecessary delay and expense – please call us first before returning an item. Items must be returned within 90 days and must be in new and unused condition and contain all original accessories. A credit would be given (minus shipping and handling fees) to the account once we have the received the item.
2. Limitations and Exceptions: Of course, every policy must have some common sense limitations and exceptions. This policy DOES NOT cover special order items (items that are not specifically listed on our site) and/or custom work. Special order items may be subject to restocking fees depending on the item and manufacturer.
3. Items not in the same condition as you received them: This policy only applies to items that are returned to us in same condition as you received them. We are here to work with and want you to be completely satisfied with your Bombinizz. If for some reason, you received a defective product we will replace it free of charge.
4. Shipping Charges: You are responsible for the proper packaging and cost of shipping the return item to us. Please note that we do not refund any additional shipping charges like expedited shipping, shipping outside the contiguous United States, foreign shipments, etc.
